Marketing Direction Donates Time and Talent For Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Annual “Night of the Iguana”

(Tampa, FL, April 27, 2015) For the fifth consecutive year, Marketing Direction has donated time and talent towards the MakeAWish Foundation’s annual Night of the Iguana charity event.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Northern Florida, Suncoast Region, is hosting its 19th annual “Night of the Iguana” charity event. The event is scheduled for Friday, September 25 at TPepin’s Hospitality Centre. This annual event features live entertainment, including an array of performers, cocktails, live and silent auctions. Proceeds from the event go towards fulfilling the wishes of children with lifethreatening medical conditions.

Marketing Direction will be teaming up with Meg Huntley, Development and Events Coordinator, and providing logo, design and layout services for this year’s Fire & Ice themed event.

“We can’t wait to see Marketing Direction work their magic!” says Huntley. “Neil Blackburn, who heads up Marketing Direction’s creative team, always gives us something that we can really get excited about.”

Kids say wishes give them renewed strength to fight their illness, and their parents say these experiences help strengthen the entire family. Headquartered in Phoenix, MakeAWish is one of the world’s leading children’s charities, serving children in every community in the United States and its territories. With the help of generous donors and more than 27,000 volunteers, MakeAWish grants a wish somewhere in the country every 37 minutes.
