COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you visit MarketingDirection.com (the “MD Site”), Marketing Direction collects personally identifiable information that you have provided, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address, and telephone number. In addition, Marketing Direction may collect anonymous demographic information not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests, and favorites. Information collected at the MD
Site may be shared with other MD Sites.

Marketing Direction takes precautions to segregate any sensitive data you may provide on the MD Site and services that reference your race, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or political affiliations. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through MD Chats, MD
Communities, or other public online forums, this information may be collected and used by others. Marketing Direction does not, however, read any of your private online communications.

There also is information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Marketing Direction. This information is used by Marketing Direction for the operation of the service, to

Marketing Direction is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the MD Site.

The MD Site and its service partners use your information to operate the MD Site and to provide and improve the services we offer. The MD Site also uses your information to inform you of other products or services available from Marketing Direction and its affiliates, deliver relevant content, monitor and evaluate the use of our websites and

Marketing Direction does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. Marketing Direction secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Marketing Direction secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

WHEN THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLIES

This Privacy Policy applies to the entire MD Site and the services offered by the MD Site. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including work portfolios or blog postings on the MD Site.

Marketing Direction occasionally will update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback.
